Meet The Team

Marianne attended Oklahoma State University, where she received a B.A. in Marketing & International Business with a minor in
Japanese. Marianne was an IT Project Manager for Williams and has worked for the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce in the Economic
Development Division. She served in an executive role for LPG Central and has extensive experience in the technical staffing
industry in Tulsa. Since forming Jobing Confidential, she continually draws on this experience to personally oversee the firm's
human resources, compensation consults and executive recruitment practices. Marianne has several regular speaking engagements
in the Tulsa area.

Spencer attended the University of Tulsa where he received a double major in International Business and Spanish. He has a strong background in technical staffing. Spencer worked for the Tulsa-based manufacturer, FW Murphy where he gained a background in Human Resources and Recruiting. He also has experience in International Business and Marketing having worked as a consultant to Vacuworx International. He is actively involved in promoting business in the Tulsa community and enjoys spending time serving his church and local community.

Danielle graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a concentration in business. Danielle served as the business retention and expansion manager for the Tulsa Metro Chamber where she was charged with managing a group of 150 volunteers and meeting with executives of businesses in the Tulsa area to offer solutions or ideas to their needs, challenges or opportunities. She also has experience in nonprofit management, event planning and marketing through her work at the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits. She is active in the Tulsa community as a board member of Rebuilding Together Tulsa, a committee volunteer for the Tulsa Area United Way, a crew member of Tulsa's Young Professionals and a volunteer at her church. Meredith graduated with a degree in International Business from Texas State University. She was a member of the honors fraternity and on the dean's list. Meredith's diverse background brings a new perspective to the JoCo team. As a business analyst with Fidelity Investments she helped find effective solutions through Six Sigma processes. Additionally, she has experience in international relations as she coordinated the India study abroad program for Texas State as well as worked with the Alliance Abroad Group to promote and recruit international teachers for the teacher exchange. Originally from Savannah, GA, Holly moved to the Tulsa area to attend the University of Tulsa where she is majoring in Human Resources. Holly is very active in the Tulsa chapter of SHRM and has provided key insights to the JoCo Team in the areas of Employment Law and Negotiation. Timothy is a senior at The University of Tulsa. He will earn a Management degree with specializations in Human Resources and Business Law as well as a minor in Accounting. Upon finishing Boy Scouts, Timothy received the Eagle Scout award for completing all the requirements including a service project that demonstrates leadership and a commitment. Timothy is active on campus and is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia and Beta Alpha Psi. He serves Phi Mu Alpha in a leadership capacity and has been a member for four years.
